Ways to reach White Pearl Resorts
Kindly note that all transfer schedules and travelling times are subject to weather and road conditions. White Pearl Resorts reserves the right to amend transfer methods if the booked transfers are not available due to unforeseen circumstances; where necessary, the resort will provide guests with a refund equivalent to the nett of the original transfer booked and the amended transfer. We recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance, as White Pearl Resorts will not be held liable for any payment for alternative accommodation due to inclement weather conditions or any other causes out of our control.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the guest, not the Resort, to ensure that all international travel requirements are met upon travelling to the resort. Passports, visas and documentation should be available for presentation throughout travel, arrival and departure. Tourism visas for all nationalities can be obtained at all major ports of entry (applicable to White Pearl Resorts: Kosi Bay, Maputo International Airport, Komatipoort). Please ensure that you are familiar with the visa requirements pertaining to payment and documentation before you arrive.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

If you are travelling with children and crossing the border, immigration regulations require necessary documentation to be presented.

BORDER ASSISTANCE
Concerned about crossing the border? White Pearl has a sound working relationship with the authorities at the border and assures all our guests a smooth transition. We also offer the added service of lending a helping hand and escorting you should you require this. Feel free to contact us prior to your departure to ensure that you meet all requirements for crossing the border.
SCHEDULED TRANSFER TIMES
11:30 or 15:30: Departure Maputo International Airport
13:00 or 18:00: Arrival at White Pearl Resorts
11:00 or 12:30: Departure White Pearl Resorts
13:30 or 15:00: Arrival at Maputo International Airport
Times are approximate, and unforeseen circumstances or events may delay journey time. Unscheduled transfers can be arranged at $150 per person per way. The allowance for luggage is 20kg (soft bag) per person. A maximum of 8 guests per vehicle are allowed. Should guests be entering by means of the road transfer and wish to exit utilising the helicopter transfer, the 12kg (soft bag) per person luggage restriction will apply.
HELICOPTER TRANSFER
Please note that the helicopter can take a maximum capacity of 5 adults. Should a booked party exceed the maximum capacity, an additional helicopter will be utilised. White Pearl Resorts accepts a minimum of 2 guests for sky transfers. Out-of-schedule helicopter flights will be considered private charters and will be charged at $1950 per helicopter per way. These charters need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
SELF DRIVE
Drive through striking panoramas and remote villages directly to White Pearl Resorts, from the Kosi Bay border post or Maputo. Road conditions vary and are dependent on the weather. We recommend that you use a 4×4 vehicle with high clearance to successfully navigate your way to the Resort.
